stress with works, upss bukan stress with works sgt sebnrnye...tapi stress ngan people surrounding yang selalu tend to menyusahkan idup org lain...betul, stress with works atleast we can find a way to solve it, meet the deadline, early preparation and etc...but bila ada sum1 inside organization yang seems like tak puas hati ngn u all, selalu nak pin point, sumer yang kita wat sumer pon salah...and paling tak bole bla, die will try her best to make me look stupid infront of boses and collogues..

1 thing that i realized bout workplace, those yang pandai ber "politic" n me"lobby" will survive and selalu dapat career enhancement dengan begitu mudah..why is that so ea??dalam zaman super maju n high tech ni rupenya ada lagi culture "kipas" mengipas..and to tell you the truth, its working for certain people!pulak tu kalau dapat bos yang lurus2 like mine, pantang kena kipas sket, terus cair..n the worse part is, bila dapat bos yang ada attitude pelik yang takut ngn staff sendiri??tp ngn cik julia dia tak takut, coz i baru join this company..muka pon nampak blurr2 (padahal di sebalik blurr ni memang efficient buat keje)..

Berbalik pada cite "politic" inside organization tadi, can sumbody please comment whether is that ok to practice this kind of culture??adakah kah budaya "mengipas" ni akan menjamin masa depan yang terbilang, cemerlang dan gemilang?
